Windsurf is Cognition’s desktop IDE for coding agents. The Devin Desktop FAQ says that on June 2, 2026 Windsurf became Devin Desktop: the same IDE and editor, with the Agent Command Center in front and the previous editor still available. windsurf.com redirects to the Devin Desktop page. The FAQ says plan prices did not change in that rename.
